You must be 18 or older to use Peachy. By signing up, you confirm you are.
What Peachy is, and isn't
Peachy is a software service that lets you talk with an AI companion that remembers you across conversations. It keeps a readable memory of what you share with it and uses that to be a better companion over time. Peachy for Business additionally offers an AI assistant that answers a business line, books appointments, and takes messages on an owner's behalf.
Peachy is a companion — not a medical or professional service, and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose and does not prescribe. If you are in crisis or considering harm to yourself or others, contact a crisis line (988 in the US, 911 for immediate danger). Peachy may point you to real human help during a conversation but is not a crisis response service.
Your account
You sign in with a phone number (we verify it with a one-time code, delivered by text or by a phone call — your choice) or through Telegram with no phone number at all. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
Text messages (SMS)
If you sign in with a phone number, Peachy may send you one-time login codes by SMS, and account notifications if you turn them on. SMS is never a condition of using Peachy — login codes can arrive by phone call instead, and Telegram sign-in involves no phone number. Acceptable use
Don't use Peachy to harass anyone, scrape outputs at scale to build a competing product, attempt to extract training data, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do so.
Payment
Peachy is free in early access. If you purchase a paid upgrade, billing is handled by Stripe; prices and terms are shown before any charge. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Service availability
We try to keep Peachy running, but it is a small operation. Outages happen. We do not offer SLA guarantees at this time.
Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PINDOM LLC B disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior 12 months (which, for free-tier users, is zero).
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app with reasonable notice.
