Privacy Policy
Peachy is a service of PINDOM LLC B, a United States company. Last updated: July 2026.
The four promises
- We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
- We don't share your data with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver Peachy (e.g., Twilio for text and voice delivery, Anthropic for the language model, Stripe for any payment) — and never for their own use.
- We don't train shared models on your conversations. Your data does not leave the loop to improve a model that other customers use.
- You can read and delete everything. Everything Peachy remembers about you lives in a list you can open, edit, or remove.
What we store
- Your account: the name you go by, your timezone, the name you've given your AI, and — only if you chose phone sign-in — your phone number.
- Your conversations: the messages you send and receive, plus a short summary written when a session ends.
- Your memory list: short, readable notes the AI keeps about you (people, preferences, ongoing topics). Open it any time in the app.
- Operational telemetry: model used, token counts, latency. Not tied to ad networks.
Optional features, separate consent
Some optional features, if you choose to turn them on, build a more structured picture from your conversations than the memory list above. We ask for your explicit consent at the moment you enable such a feature, with a plain-language description of exactly what extra information it keeps and how to turn it off. By default, none of that applies: the companion described on this page stores only what's listed above.
Where it lives
On a Postgres database we operate, encrypted at rest. Backups are encrypted. Access is restricted to PINDOM LLC B's authorized operator.
Mobile information & SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number, SMS consent status, and text messaging originator opt-in data are never sold, and are shared with no one except our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages you've requested.
SMS itself is optional and limited: one-time login codes when you sign in with your number (you can choose a phone call instead), and account notifications only if you turn them on. You can use Peachy with no phone number at all by signing in through Telegram. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Deletion
You can delete individual memory entries yourself, in the app. You can delete your entire account and all its data by emailing peachy@getpeachy.org; we will complete deletion within 30 days and confirm.
Children
Peachy is for adults and requires users to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new "last updated" date. We will not weaken the four promises above without asking for your consent.
